Our vision:
GFRK should be a national role model and the natural choice of riding school in Gothenburg. We train the equestrian stars of the future, are a free zone for everyone and always have the horse and the individual in focus.
Member of Göteborgs Fältrittklubb
Göteborgs Fältrittklubb was founded in 1894 and is one of Sweden's largest riding schools. A modern and active riding club that, with a sustainability perspective, focuses on development, education and community.
We are a member-managed non-profit association that is run without profit. A non-profit association means that each member has a commitment and interest in the association and its activities. Without committed members, the workload and costs would skyrocket. An easy way to contribute is to participate in our work days when we take care of our facility, clean, paint and do other simple chores. Another is to stand up as an official during our events and competitions.
Membership
It is not only you who ride or compete with us who can be a member. Those who want to support the association's work can also become members.

• Junior SEK 270 (valid up to and including the year you turn 18)
• Senior SEK 475 (applies from the year you turn 19)
• Family SEK 850 (applies only to family members registered at the same address)

Insurances
All members are covered by accident insurance taken out by the Swedish Equestrian Association at Folksam. Read more about the insurance and claims on https://www.folksam.se/forsakringar/idrottsforsakring/ridsport/idrottsforsakring.
Agria Incident insurance applies when our horses injure members or non-members. Also applies to, for example, Pay and Ride/Jump in addition to stables and lessons. Covers care, disability, teeth, clothing, equipment and belongings. Does not apply to damage to vehicles. Public and visitors who are not members are covered by accident insurance for damages that occur at our facility. The insurance covers care, disability, teeth, clothing, equipment and belongings. Our equine business insurance applies if our horses damage vehicles
