The member stable

The stable's opening hours
Staff are on site from 06:00 in the morning until 22:45 in the evenings on weekdays (on Fridays we close the stables a little earlier), then the stables are lit.
The eastern stable is open between 07:00 and 22:30. The riding tracks may be used until 10 p.m.
On weekends, the stables close at 8 p.m., when most of the lighting is also turned off.

Stable routines
The stable staff does the following:

- Feed roughage and concentrate in the morning at approx. 7:00 am
- Feeds roughage and concentrate at lunch, weekdays at 11.30am
- Letting the horses out in the pasture.
- Feed roughage and concentrate in the evening every day, at 20.30.
Emissions are made on both weekdays and weekends. The stable staff never take the horses in.
On weekdays, the horses go out in the paddock from 1 p.m. until the horse owners take them in. On weekdays, some horse owners choose to feed afternoon food themselves. On the weekends, the horses go out from 08.00. The horse owner is responsible for bringing in their horse no later than 1 p.m. At the weekend, the staff feeds at 5 p.m.

Lining
To avoid feed changes, the club buys roughage in large batches. The analysis is posted on the stable's bulletin boards as soon as we receive it. Price list is allocated separately and may vary depending on the supplier and feed lot.

Pasture
According to the county board's guidelines, horses should walk together, and GFRK's horse management is based on the horses walking in herds in the paddock. During the first three weeks that the horse is at GFRK, according to the infection prevention routines, it must go to a sick paddock or other paddock where it does not come into contact with other horses. After that, it is up to the horse owner to try to find another paddock that the horse can go in. If you need help finding a suitable paddock, there is a special paddock group that can help. The paddocks are mowed by staff during weekdays. Those who are stabled in the Eastern stable are responsible for mowing their paddock on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Stables and paddock
Gothenburg's Fältrittklubb's riding hall is usually divided into three tracks (20x40 meters) from 1 pm on weekdays. In addition to the riding house, there is a paddock with a roof (20x60 meters). On weekdays, riding lessons take place between 1:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. On Saturdays, riding lessons take place between 08.00 and 15.00.
The lesson schedule can be found on the club's website. A track is usually free. At certain times all three tracks are occupied, but then the paddock is free for riding. No training/lunging/emptying may be booked at that time.
There are many fine riding trails in the beautiful Delsjö area for both shorter and longer outdoor rides.

Get in line for parking

For the number of box seats, the association applies an interest list to have updated information on interested parties from the box seat. When a free box space occurs, we will contact everyone on the interest list for a request for interest. All answers will be taken into account for assessment, if answers are not given within the specified time frame, we assume that you are not interested at the moment but are still on the interest list for future free box places. For the allocation of box space, commitment, references and standing behind our core values will be considered. Decisions are made by the board in consultation with the operations manager.

Being on the interest list for a stall space at GFRK costs SEK 200 per registration of interest and calendar year. The amount is deposited at Bg 439-2106. Enter "Box" as well as name, phone and email address. You are registered on the list when payment is registered with us. To keep your place on the list after the turn of the year, the fee must be paid by January 31 at the latest.  In the event of non-payment, you will lose your place in the queue with us.
